$10,000 per Sculpture. One play, one object type, one native integration.
We are RevOps Shop, an official Clay partner. We build in Salesforce, Dynamics, or any CRM with an API. Our largest Clay build enriched 170,000 accounts in a single Salesforce org for Chaos. Each column below links to a full guide: Clay for Sales, Clay for Marketing and Clay for RevOps.
What is a Clay Sculpture?
A Clay Sculpture is one play, built and running in your Clay workspace, for one team. Sales Sculptures decide who to contact and when. Marketing Sculptures decide who to target and with which campaign. RevOps Sculptures make the CRM data underneath both of them complete and trustworthy. Each one is $10,000.
We call them Sculptures because Clay is the clay. Out of the box it can become almost anything, which is exactly why so many teams buy it and then stall. A Sculpture is one specific shape, with a clear request, a clear result, and a clear price.
Every Sculpture starts as a sentence you could say to us on a call. "Build me a custom ABM list using a custom signal I have in mind." "Enrich, deduplicate, and standardize the accounts in my existing CRM." "Develop an automated prospecting motion for our long tail accounts." If you can say it in one sentence, it is probably one Sculpture.
How much does a Clay Sculpture cost?
Each Sculpture is $10,000. That covers one play, on one object type, with one native integration. Two object types, such as accounts and contacts, are two Sculptures, so $20,000. More than 100,000 accounts in scope, or a custom integration, is scoped with you. The same rules apply to sales, marketing and RevOps.
Pricing
The same rules for every team
One play → one object type → one native integration
- One play on accounts$10,000
- One play on accounts and contacts2 Sculptures, $20,000
- More than 100,000 accounts in scopeScoped. Contact us.
- A custom integrationScoped separately.
Clay plan, data credits and provider costs are separate.
Here are the rules in one place:
| Rule | What it means | Example |
|---|---|---|
| One play per Sculpture | Each Sculpture is one play with one clear result. | "Enrich, deduplicate, and standardize the accounts in my existing CRM" is one Sculpture. |
| One object type per Sculpture | A Sculpture runs on one CRM object, such as accounts, contacts or leads. | A long tail prospecting motion on accounts and their contacts is two Sculptures, $20,000. |
| One native integration included | Your CRM, your marketing automation or sending tool, or your ad platform. Salesforce and Dynamics both have native Clay integrations. | A LinkedIn ad audience Sculpture uses the LinkedIn integration. |
| Custom integrations are scoped | Anything Clay cannot connect to natively, such as a CRM it can only reach through its API. | Scoped with you before we start. |
| More than 100,000 accounts | Larger data sets need more tables, more batches and more monitoring. | Pricing is scoped. Contact us. |
| Your Clay, your keys | We build in your Clay workspace, so the tables, prompts and data stay yours. | Clay plan, data credits and provider costs are separate. |
Clay's own plan still matters. Clay's pricing page lists signals and email sending from the Launch plan, and CRM sync, webhooks, the HTTP API and pushing audiences to LinkedIn and Meta ads from the Growth plan. Bulk enrichment of more than 50,000 records at once and Clay's API are listed under Enterprise. We will tell you up front if a Sculpture needs a plan you do not have.
Which Clay Sculptures are there for sales, marketing and RevOps?
There are three to start with in each column. Sales Sculptures build automated prospecting, signal alerts and job change plays. Marketing Sculptures build custom ABM lists, audience matching and ad audiences. RevOps Sculptures build CRM enrichment and cleanup, self-maintaining tiers and speed to lead. The table shows what each one delivers.
| Sales | Marketing | RevOps | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Who it is for | CRO, VP Sales, head of sales development, GTM engineers | CMO, VP Marketing, demand gen, marketing ops | VP RevOps, sales ops, Salesforce and Dynamics admins |
| The problem | Reps work lists instead of reasons to call | Targeting runs on fields you did not choose and cannot trust | The CRM is missing the data that decides who gets worked |
| Sculpture 1 | "Develop an automated prospecting motion for our long tail accounts." | "Build me a custom ABM list using a custom signal I have in mind." | "Enrich, deduplicate, and standardize the accounts in my existing CRM." |
| Sculpture 2 | "Tell our reps when a target account shows a buying signal, with a validated contact and a first message tied to that signal." | "Match every contact to the one campaign that fits who they are and what they are researching." | "Give every account a revenue potential value and a tier that updates itself, so we can build territories on it." |
| Sculpture 3 | "Find our past buyers and champions who changed jobs, and put them in front of the rep who owns their new company." | "Build LinkedIn ad audiences from our accounts with the most revenue potential, and keep them in sync." | "Enrich every high-intent form fill before it routes, so the rep opens a complete record with a phone number." |
| Price | $10,000 per Sculpture | $10,000 per Sculpture | $10,000 per Sculpture |
| Usual object type | Accounts for selection, contacts for outreach | Accounts for lists and ads, contacts for audience matching | Accounts for enrichment and tiers, leads or contacts for speed to lead |
| Usual native integration | CRM or sending tool | CRM or ad platform | CRM |
| What lands in your systems | Signals as dated records, validated contacts, messages tied to a trigger, engagement written back | Custom industry, revenue potential, persona, messaging and campaign segments, ad audiences | Enriched fields, standardized values, duplicates flagged, tiers, phone numbers before routing |
| Proof from our builds | Elastic Path: $5.9M in Q4 pipeline against a $1.9M goal. DealRoom: demo-to-SQL from 10% to 20% in 90 days. | Chaos: a one-seat Gmail signup turned out to be Parsons Corporation, with room for 407 seats. SC&H: reply rates up 3x. | Chaos: 170,000 accounts in one Salesforce org, now about 800 new records a day in 12 to 14 minutes each. |

These are the nine Sculptures we lead with. If your request is different, say it in one sentence and we will tell you whether it is one Sculpture, two, or something we should scope.
Which Sculpture should you start with?
Start where the decision is breaking today. If reps do not know who to call, start with a Sales Sculpture. If ad and campaign spend goes to the wrong accounts, start with a Marketing Sculpture. If nobody trusts the CRM fields that sales and marketing both depend on, start with a RevOps Sculpture.
Where to start
Start where the decision breaks
What is breaking today? → your first Sculpture
- Nobody trusts the CRM fieldsRevOps Sculpture 1
- Leads wait too longRevOps Sculpture 3
- Reps work lists, not reasonsSales Sculpture 1 or 2
- Ad spend goes to the wrong accountsMarketing Sculpture 1 or 3
- Best customers hide behind personal emailsRevOps 1 or Marketing 1
- Start, end or control
- Clay automation
A few patterns we see often:
Your CRM data is a mess. Start with RevOps Sculpture 1. Every other play reads from those fields. Enriching, deduplicating and standardizing first means the sales and marketing plays that follow are built on data people trust.
You have a list but no reasons. Start with Sales Sculpture 1 or 2. A list tells you who exists. Signals tell you who has a reason to talk now. Elastic Path stopped working lookalike lists and only engaged accounts showing an active buying signal.
You are spending on ads and cannot say why each account is in the audience. Start with Marketing Sculpture 1 or 3. Custom fields and revenue potential turn an ad audience into a list you can defend.
Your best customers are hiding. Chaos had 37% of accounts signed up with a personal email and no company attached. RevOps Sculpture 1 or Marketing Sculpture 1 surfaces them, depending on whether the goal is a cleaner CRM or a new ABM list.
Leads wait too long. Start with RevOps Sculpture 3. Enrichment before routing means the rep opens a complete record instead of starting research.
How do Sculptures work together?
Sculptures are built to stack. They share one Clay workspace, one company table and one set of CRM fields, so the second Sculpture reuses what the first one built. The common order is a RevOps foundation, then a marketing or sales play that reads from it, then the other team's play on the same accounts.
How they stack
Sculptures share one foundation
RevOps foundation → Marketing and Sales plays → your systems
Destinations
Marketing Sculptures
Same signal, same accounts
Sales Sculptures
Same revenue potential
RevOps foundation
- Clay automation
- Source or destination
Here is how the pieces connect:
- RevOps feeds both teams. The revenue potential and tier from RevOps Sculpture 2 are the same values that Marketing Sculpture 3 pushes to LinkedIn and that Sales Sculpture 1 uses to decide which long tail accounts get worked.
- Marketing and sales read the same signal. When an account passes the signal check in a Sales Sculpture, marketing can run that same account as an ad audience. Ads and emails then say the same thing to the same people.
- One company table. No company gets paid for twice because three Sculptures touched it. Each company is enriched once and shared.
- One write policy. Every Sculpture writes to dedicated fields and follows the same rule: fill blanks, never overwrite what reps or billing entered.
What does every Sculpture include?
Every Sculpture is built the same way: in your Clay workspace with your keys, cheapest data providers first, AI only where vendors miss, a confidence score on every AI answer, dedicated CRM fields with write rules, dedupe, credit guardrails, monitoring, and a walkthrough for the people who will use it.
Build standards
The quality bar on every build
Your keys → cheapest first → governed writes → monitored
- Your workspace, your keys
- Cheapest first
- AI only where vendors miss
- Confidence on every AI answer
- Dedicated fields, write rules
- Dedupe before you pay
- Credit guardrails
- Monitoring
- A walkthrough for your team
Chaos: 200,692 records, $0.0527 per record, including AI, Clay credits and direct APIs.
- Found or passes
These are the standards behind our Clay builds:
- Your workspace, your keys. At DealRoom, the Clay account, scraping key and AI key are all owned by DealRoom. We build and maintain the workflows.
- Cheapest first. Free and low-cost lookups run before expensive ones. In the Chaos build, total data cost across 200,692 records was $10,573, or $0.0527 per record, including AI, Clay credits and direct APIs.
- AI only where vendors miss. Scrape the source first, then let AI classify what came back. Do not let AI invent data.
- Confidence on every AI answer. A 1 to 10 score, shown as High, Medium or Low, so sales knows what to trust.
- Dedicated fields and write rules. Enriched values never overwrite what reps entered or what billing owns.
- Dedupe before you pay. Match on domain, email and LinkedIn URL before creating or enriching anything.
- Credit guardrails. Expensive steps, like direct dials, only run for accounts that clear your revenue potential bar. A 90-day cooldown stops re-enrichment.
- Monitoring. Requested date, completed date and an open-request flag on each record, plus row count thresholds well before Clay's 50,000-row table cap.
- A walkthrough. The people who use the output see where it shows up and what it means before it goes live.
What do you need before a Sculpture starts?
You need a Clay workspace on the right plan, admin access to the system the Sculpture connects to, a named owner on your side, and the one sentence that describes what you want. For most Sculptures, your closed-won deals are the best input we can get, because they show what a good account actually looks like.
- A Clay workspace. If you do not have one, we will help you pick the plan the Sculpture needs.
- Access. A dedicated integration user in your CRM, with permissions limited to the fields Clay should touch.
- An owner. One person on your team who decides what good looks like and signs off on the result.
- Your history. Closed-won and closed-lost deals, so the play is built from what wins for you, not from a vendor's idea of your market.
Already own Clay and not getting results?
That is common. Teams buy Clay, build a few tables, and the tables never get connected to the CRM, or they quietly stop running. If one play is not working, we can rebuild it as a Sculpture in your workspace, with the same standards and the same price as a new one.
Most of what we fix is the same short list: tables near the 50,000-row cap, credits running low so scheduled runs skip cells without an error, a data provider that changed its API, AI prompts that let weak signals through, and CRM sync rules that overwrite good data. Each one has a known fix.
Frequently asked questions
What is a Clay Sculpture?
A Clay Sculpture is one Clay play for one team, built in your Clay workspace on one object type with one native integration included. There are Sales, Marketing and RevOps Sculptures. Each one is $10,000.
How much does it cost to implement Clay with RevOps Shop?
Each Sculpture is $10,000. Two object types, such as accounts and contacts, are two Sculptures, $20,000. More than 100,000 accounts in scope, or a custom integration, is scoped with you. Your Clay plan, data credits and provider costs are separate.
What counts as a native integration?
An integration Clay builds and supports itself, such as Salesforce, Dynamics, LinkedIn ads or a sending tool like Smartlead or HeyReach. Each Sculpture includes one. A system Clay can only reach through its API is a custom integration, scoped separately.
Why is each object type a separate Sculpture?
Because accounts and contacts need different lookups, different matching rules and different write rules in your CRM. Enriching accounts well and enriching the contacts at those accounts well are two pieces of work, so they are priced as two.
What happens if we have more than 100,000 accounts?
We scope it with you. Large data sets need backfills split across tables to stay under Clay's 50,000-row limit, more batches, and more monitoring. Our largest build covered 170,000 accounts in a single Salesforce org.
Can we combine Sales, Marketing and RevOps Sculptures?
Yes, and they are built to stack. They share one workspace, one company table and one set of CRM fields, so a second Sculpture reuses what the first one built. Each Sculpture is still priced on its own.
Do we need Clay before we start?
You need a Clay workspace, because we build in yours so the work stays yours. If you do not have one yet, we will help you choose the plan the Sculpture needs before you buy.
Which CRMs do you work with?
Salesforce, Dynamics, or any CRM with an API. Salesforce and Dynamics connect to Clay natively. Our largest Clay build runs on a single Salesforce org with 170,000 accounts.
